This place is a bit off the beaten path but it is so worth the trek. It’s rare that diner can be so much fun but once I put that plastic bib on it was time to get crackin. The food was great- even the French fries packed flavor. The menu offers a variety of mix and match options which was great for our group of 4. We got the #1 and #2 and a side of fries which was a good amount. It really is a unique experience and I can’t wait to take out next visitors. The croissant beignets where the perfect ending. Crunchy flaky exterior with a melt in your mouth chewy middle that was certainly the highlight.
Absolutely incredible experience. Being a Texas Girl I’m not the biggest fan of the Cajun food in Colorado but this place HITS THE SPOT. The Korean Cajun fusion is full of flavor. It’s worth every penny. The owner is heavily involved and makes my family feel right at home! It takes time for the food to come out because the owner is making sure to cook everything to his standard of perfection. I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you for changing my perspective on crab and crawfish in Colorado! It’s the best!
Seriously better than half the Cajun food in Louisiana... Amazing.
Such a gem! If you are into Vietnamese and seafood it’s a must go! The menu has a plethora of options and my waiter was so helpful and guided me to the crawfish/shrimp broil with some Vietnamese seasoning which was so good. The beignets were so fresh and tasted so great! I will be back, I must try the chicken and dumpling next time!
