Kfc - Lakewood

It was a complete drop that came to kfc. the service here is terrible. it took 15 minutes to get a chocolate shake. eating was okay, but not great. the people were not friendly at all, and there is a terrible smell in the building. it's disgusting.

So I went though the drive thru and was asked to pull around into the lot and my food would be out shortly. I waited 20 minutes before I had to walk in and ask for my food I was given attitude because I asked. Also as I was walking in I noticed the lobby needed attention very dirty also very dirty behind counter. The workers were just standing around and didn’t care to do anything but collect a check.

Stopped in on a hot day, and asked about a modification to one of their specials. The employee informed me that my request would not be possible, and immediately began looking for substitute options that would be possible instead. We found a solution, and she even gave us two free drinks after ordering for while we waited on the Mac n cheese. Excellent service!

Worse KFC ever, unhealthy and unsanitary kitchen aswell. A bunch of childern working that keep there gloves on after touching cash and personal items. Waited 20 minutes to head to the location after I placed my online order to only be told when I got there they hadent started it. It took them 45 minutes. They still messed it up after all that time. No biscuits or gravy. HORRIBLE LOCATION!

This place is terrible, don't spend your money. it is uncareful, smells like a bath when you enter, and the personal does not change gloves when it does anything. we ordered online and had to wait 30 minutes only to get an order that was short and had to wait another 15 minutes.
