Always a delightful experience. Food was amazing. Our server Ray was like an old friend!

Pier W is one of the best spots in the cleveland area! Food, drinks and service are always on point. Highly recommend dress code applies.

It was a nice place I just felt they should have told me they where out of everything I wanted before I spent $72 at the bar then got seated. I felt obligated to purchase food I didn't really want. If they would have mentioned it before I sat down I could've went somewhere else. It was my birthday dinner, so my my boyfriend felt bad they didn't have anything I wanted. Kinda ruined my night

We had a great 5th anniversary here. Which was important because the 4th didn’t go so well. The food exceeded expectations (incredible bread, crab cakes, and lobster pasta). The staff was very professional but also kind and approachable. I loved the live piano music — added to the atmosphere by so much. My only regret is not checking out the basement bar. We will be back!
