Taco Bell - Lambeth Canada

The hard shell beef taco was barely filled with meat and the shell was broken. I returned it and politely asked for a replacement. The second taco had even less meat than the first, with most of it filled with lettuce. The beef burrito was mostly rice, and the fries were bland and nearly cold. At least they didn't mess up the kids' popcorn chicken and 2-piece combos. The staff seemed annoyed and unfriendly. I won't be returning to this location again.

The food is excellent, there’s no question about that. However, the staff was quite rude and did not respond to our requests. Most importantly, they seemed to have difficulty speaking English. I’m not sure where they are from, but I noticed that the server did not appear to be Canadian, which may explain her unhelpful attitude towards me.

I previously ordered from this restaurant and received cold food, but I decided to give it another try recently since I work nearby and it's convenient. However, when I approached the counter, I noticed that the store was very dirty. The woman at the back counter, where they prepare orders, had a garbage bin overflowing beside her, almost touching the food preparation area. I saw her handle the garbage without washing her hands afterward, and that was enough to put me off. Since then, I've walked by a few times, and each time I looked inside, it was still dirty.

Employees don't know how to talk with customers. Not trained well and no manners. Didn't say hello or thank you when at counter.

One of the most poorly managed locations in the city! Absolutely no sense of time when it comes order-taking. Incompetent staff. Ice machine has been broken for years. Never fixed. I am surprised it continues to exist in its current state without any sort of noticeable improvement. Just a sorry, pathetic example of what happens when management evidently stopped caring and gave up.
