Horrible service. All I did was ask for my straw to take a drink and they just kept talking to eachother and just proceeded to tell me "it will be in my bag "Please advise your workers to take care of customer service and to be present in the moment so that people can enjoy the food they purchased.Whom knows how long the people would be and I know I 'd be thirsty when purchasing my food.
Food is great no doubt about it but the staff is very rude and does not even respond to our requests and most important thing is they dont know how to speak english i dont know where they from but they don’t understand what i was saying as she was not canadian so thats why she was being rude to me
Employees don't know how to talk with customers. Not trained well and no manners. Didn't say hello or thank you when at counter.
Family of four out shopping, decided to grab something quick before heading home.We chose this Taco Bell/KFC (regretfully) and it was simply not worth it.I generally don't have high expectations for Taco Bell to start but these people did a great job of taking the bar even lower...Hard shell beef taco had barely any beef, shell was shattered.Immediately took it back and politely asked for replacement.2nd taco had even less meat than the first, mostly stuffed with lettuce.Beef burrito was mostly rice.Fries were bland and almost cold.At least they didn't mess up the kids popcorn chicken and 2 PC combos...Workers seemed annoyed and unpleasant.Will simply not bother with this location again.
