The Growling Gator - Lambton Shores

Great spot to check out after hitting the beach! They have a large patio with indoor seating facing the beach as well. Ordered chicken tenders and a crisp corona which was delicious. Perfect spot to enjoy some beachside views. Service was friendly too. Would recommend!

Went here for dinner last week. Food was good, drinks were amazing. Only issue I had was the table they put us at I could not reach the floor and it was so far away from me I couldn't even lean forward (I'm very short) we asked the hostess if we could sit down where the chairs were, and the hostess seemed annoying and rolled her eyes and said ok. I am nit sure why she put us up there as we were the only people up there and even people who came after us she did not seat there. Other than that everything was a delight!

Gator delivered for us. Service was great. Very friendly server. Atmosphere was great with a tropical feel. Appies was excellent.

Lovely spot at the beach for a good meal! Went on a not so busy day, so service was super quick, it wasn’t too crowded or loud, and the food was delicious. There were multiple vegetarian options on the menu which is always a bonus. Not too pricey, you get a good amount of food for what you pay, I’d say it’s pretty fair. Our waitress was extremely nice as well. The restaurant itself has a very fun atmosphere with a great view of the beach, and quite a lot of seating. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area!

Location of restaurant is great! Good service. We had fish and chips, it was just ok. However, the cleanliness was issue, we saw food on floor and table, end up eating there’s not too peaceful and relax. If you come here yourself, you won’t be alone, there’s dozen of flies welcome you when you sitting down, and your hands will be so busy to keep them away. But they love to stay you.
