Food quality is a few steps above a similar Italian restaurant chain known for their unlimited breadsticks. I had the chicken Marsala with garlic mashed potatoes. Chicken was tender and flavorful. The marinara sauce was delicious albeit a little sparse. Wife had the calamari appetizer, and a seafood pasta which she absolutely loved. My 10 year old daughter had the grilled chicken from the kid's menu. She thought it was fantastic. Portion was huge. I snuck a bite and give it a second thumbs up.
My wife and I visited Lancaster for our anniversary and this Carrabba's was delicious. The highlight of my meal was the spicy butter. What flavor! In fact, every part of our meal from appetizer to entree was flavorful and rich! Some things might have been a little too salty, but my wife and I were pleased.
Food was fantastic, as always, but service was the worst we've ever experienced. From the extremely unpleasant hostess, who was absolutely miserable seemed like she hated being there .. to our waitress, who delivered our food, and disappeared the rest of the night. We had to stop another waitress for drink refills. It wasn't a way to encourage repeat customers. The table of 6 next to us was having the same issues. It was a very odd experience.
Dined here 2x. Service is very good. Pleasant staff. I ordered the grilled Mahi Wulfe with sautéed spinach. Both were excellent! Prices are reasonable. Most importantly I had my picky eater 6 yr old granddaughter with me. She wanted pasta with spaghetti sauce, broccoli and grilled chicken. She basically put together her own entree. : The cooks did not disappoint. She got exactly what she wanted and enjoyed it. I like when restaurants cater to young kids because they can be the pickiest eaters. 2 thumbs up for them honoring her request. Not all businesses will do that.
I've been here before and the service has always been welcoming. Tried the combination platter for starter and it good. However, the entrée was very underwhelming. It was one of their seasonal. I wished I'd stuck to the usual menu items.
