El Pollo Loco - Lancaster

18. August visit for Pollo Bowl combo led to the fact that I tore the food in my throat from the throwing up so much. Something tasted, but I went back to the hill and couldn't return to the restaurant.

This situation is not good. Quality is much lower than other locations. Waiting time is terrible. The drive thru is overcrowded so that everyone inside is set to the end of the line. Min wait is 20 min.

Well, I've learned that I'm not going through the trip by 3;00. Two weeks ago I ordered the shrimp bowl, the shrimp was so hard and rubbery, today I thought maybe only a fuke...ordered the chicken tosdada, the chicken was dry and hard. Sotheby's has to give the drive major customer the left order lunch things. My suggestion go and or ask if the chicken is freshly cooked etc. Soooooo disappointing!

I had orders from Uber eat and my order ended with burned rice and they missed several order notes on the head to give me burned chicken. When I got into the facility, nobody could pick up the phone, return to the store itself to correct the situation was a waste of time and money. Please note a change in management, it is sad that such a well-known institution still has problems with its foundation. Improve order quality and customer service.

The food was good but the service was lacking. We ordered two combo meals from the drive through and the chips were missing from both meals. My wife went inside to get the missing chips and she was only given one bag of chips. When we got home and started to eat I saw the chips were all broken. Also my burrito was split down the length of the whole burrito making difficult to eat. This is definitely a one off, usually we have a really good experience
