I can’t believe they charged me $55 for French fries, when refills are free. The worst customer service. They would rather lose $60 then give extra fries that come with your meal. Waited an half hour to get a manger. Had to go inside because he didn’t answer the phone. The employees are very good at ignoring the customer. Nasty faces. This is the Red Robin Lincoln highway Lancaster. My Red Robin in Exeter is 100 better. Service: Take out

They knowingly sat my family at a table with Ants. Ants were crawling all over the seats and they, the ants, ended up crawling all over me. The food was merely ok, i ordered a burger with no cheese due to allergies, however they brought me a burger with cheese. They also forgot to bring parts of my familys meals.
