I absolutely adore this terrace! It's tucked away from the hustle and bustle, unlike other terraces along the western shore that are right next to noisy traffic. Here, it's peaceful and the staff is fantastic. The food is delicious, and you can sit back in one of the comfortable lounge chairs and enjoy a wonderful meal with friends. Be sure to try one of their cocktails, it really enhances the summer experience.
This restaurant has an outside bar and lounge with a fun atmosphere and fantastic service. The loaded nachos on a wooden board are perfect for sharing with friends, and the fish and chips are also excellent. There are multiple lounge areas and a dining table available. They have a full bar with a great selection of drinks.
After a bad experience here we thought we would give him another chance. unfortunately we were disappointed again. we had a party of 20 weeks in front of us and went on Thursday evening at 18 o'clock, and we were the only guests there....We had two waitresses to serve the two tables and on the basis of the energy we received from them it was too much for them to handle. they were disorganized and lacked in personality. our drinks took forever to receive, and when we finally got them, the cesars were terrible and the wee had gone bad. it took forever to take our order and when they were finally ready to take our order, we were asked to hurry and order us because there was another reservation for 19 o'clock. the waitress made us feel like an inconvenience, and her body language gave up, she didn't want to be there. my man and I ordered our drinks at the same time when they brought his drink, she asked where he went, I told her he had the bulldog and I ordered the fruit cobbler, she grabbed me and told me my drink came and just wait a minute! I was shocked! here I wanted to help her. the food subgroup. it was expensive and came out cold and was not worth the cost at all. the cherry was above when we asked about the bill and she confirmed that they wanted their bill and we are like "yes, please". she used to care and said perfect! (that was the personality we came out of her.) then she was of course very personal when the bills went around the table and she collected our cards for the payment. she asked what we celebrate and I told her that it was my birthday. she forgot the cake in the back. total they pay high prices for delicious food and service in exchange for a beautiful terrace.
We had tried the pub at the Four Points Sheraton before and been disappointed but figured we would have another try being that time had passed and we were just looking for a cold beer and some nachos. We saw the seasonal patio decided to...sit out in the fresh air. We were seated promptly and our order was taken quickly, as there were few people in the pub, but then the wheels fell off the bus. We waited forever for our pitcher of what had become warm beer, were given warm glasses to drink from, and by the time the nachos showed up had run out of beer. The nachos came on a 6 inch by 12 inch wood slab, were stone cold, and would have had an anorexic octogenarian looking for more food. The nachos were grossly overpriced, stale and sparse of toppings. We then waited a lengthy time for our bill while the waitress sat and chatted with friends at another table. We walked through the hotel and were stunned at how such a new hotel could become so run down in such a short time. I could only imagine what the rooms are kept like. Very 2 star. We won't be back.
