Dunkin' Donuts - LANGHORNE

I don't usually post reviews on Yelp, but I felt compelled to share my experience at this location due to their excellent service. When I walked in with my daughter, they gave her a complimentary donut. Unfortunately, it fell on the floor when I wasn’t paying attention. However, the staff noticed and kindly informed me of what happened, offering her a second donut for free. It truly made my daughter's day, so thank you for your thoughtfulness and for the little things that matter!

I spent $6 on a cup of ice with just a splash of water and matcha powder. To make matters worse, they forgot my donut. I understand that the staff may not be paid well, but it really shows in the level of customer service.

They made a mistake with my friend's drink, which I understand can happen. However, they served a drink that was completely different from what I ordered.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. First, the woman who took my order was incredibly rude. I ordered a chai latte, a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and a coffee cake muffin. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to inquire about my chai latte, which I still hadn’t received. Eventually, another cashier went to prepare it but quickly realized they were out of chai. She then asked me what I would like instead, and I settled on a matcha latte. What I ended up with was just a couple of spoonfuls of matcha mixed with hot water, stirred and handed to me, as you can see in the picture. The portion was disappointing, and the taste was quite unpleasant. The coffee cake muffin was hard and appeared to be a few days old. Overall, the customer service was abysmal. If the first cashier had made the latte right after taking my order, she would have noticed that they were out of chai instead of making me wait. Her attitude showed a complete lack of concern. This was a waste of money, and I have no intention of returning. There’s another Dunkin’ just two miles away. Given the reviews for this location, it seems they are serving stale products and should be reported.

Every time I go to this Dunkin' Donuts, I try to stay positive, but I'm disappointed every single time. I always order the hash browns, and they're consistently hard, overcooked, and only lukewarm. If you're in the mood for stale, pre-made hash browns, this is definitely the spot for you. This time, I specifically asked for fresh hash browns. They really ought to do better!
