Boston Pizza - Langley

I placed an order through Skip the Dishes. When my order arrived, I noticed that my chicken wings were missing the celery and carrots, and my perogy pizza was missing the sour cream in the center. Furthermore, the perogy pizza was very dry. I haven't been to Boston Pizza in a while, and I was quite disappointed with my experience on September 21, 2023.

If you could please relay a message to one of your staff members. Could you tell a server named Jessica that she was a fantastic server, she was very attentive, very friendly and provided the BEST service. And I think another server named Jessie was also really on top of it. You guys have a really wonderful crew and should really appreciate the outstanding work they do : Can’t wait to come back again

Literally thought it was going to be decent because I used to go to Boston Pizza as a kid and love all their food... now, not so much.Waiter didn't come over about 15 mins( once we were seated) , (it was not busy at all), asked us what drinks , then 20 mins later she brings them, takes our order, gets it to our table... and disappeared ?.. didn't check on us once.. hopefully this can change cause it's so close to theater and my kids love it.

I wanted to take my family out for dinner as we had purchased the community coupon book, well we arrive on Tuesday August 1st at around 6pm and waited 8 minutes to be served in the bar, wasn’t even busy, the young man took our beverage order which was 1 beer and 2 water well it took another 10 minutes for him to deliver that order as he was talking to young people who were sitting at the bar. I was frustrated so we just left, I tried to email the store and let them know how bad the service was especially in this financial climate and the email wouldn’t go through eve after several tries. Anyhow not sure if I would bother going back. And it’s always a mess as well. Good food when you get it but the place just looks like a disaster most times.

Was ok. Downer the air conditioning was broken. Cool feature let's you pay your bill at the table for when the waitress never comes back to the table so you don't feel pressured to leave a tip, that was handy.
