Kfc - Lansing

This place is always a hit or a miss and rarely in between. Recently the biscuits were hot, the food was great, and the service was fast, but when you go in the late evenings, there is a strong chance that the food went cold or had been sitting under a heat light too long. Ps. please pay your workers more!

This place is clean, good food and Alissa an employee gave it very professional in their job. A place to take the family for a meal, highly recommended to go there.

The food here was hot, fresh and delicious. We also got our food pretty fast. Customer service only needed light work, but the food was to be perfection I must give them 4.5 stars. But the food was 5 stars.

Line went fast, the young man was very friendly! I must say I was very impressed! The food was just what I ordered, the food was freshly hot!
