Old Key Lime House - Lantana

Went here for the first time the other day, great atmosphere!

“Manager” was rude and disrespectful. Ugly and rude to us while we waited. The most disgusting place I have ever been to. Staff need to learn to respect customers.

Great place! always a must to visit when I'm in town. From the wait staff, to the owners..top-notch!

My son and I were starving and stopped in to eat. We ordered quite a bit of food and one drink, a Paloma. The drink was completely clear and tasted awful. Every Paloma I have ever had was pink from the grapefruit juice. I wanted to tell our server but she never came around. We ate and she still never came around. We were finished for quite a while and she still didn 't come around. Eventually the singer pointed out the manager, Keith, to us and we asked him to find our server. He disappeared and still no server. I eventually went to the bar to ask if I could pay and stopped at the server station where I picked up our to go containers. After we packed up our food the waitress finally showed up and I was able to show her the horrible and still full drink. I was under the impression she was going to remove it from. My bill...silly me.when I finally received the bill the Paloma was still on there. I asker her about it and she had Keith the manager come over. Without ever speaking to me he said he was not taking it off. I said OK, I leave reviews and he literally said, I don 't care in an incredibly rude manner. I am a very generous tipper but after this fiasco I left nothing at which point the server who had been MIA all night confronted me about how she gets taxed on the meal. This really use to be a wonderful place. I hope tonight was a fluke.

Food was delicious, and portions were large. My only recommendation is to not have 2 different radio stations playing. It was hard to focus on one when I could hear both where I was sitting.
