Aj's Sports Grill - Largo

Typical local dive with good food and decent atmosphere. Their fish is real fish, both for fish n chips and fish nuggets. The turkey/roast beef club was really good, too. Also, the bathroom was pretty clean, which is always a toss up when you are in a dive bar.

Great wings. Good drinks. We come on Wednesday nights for the Blues jam session with House of Trouble. There is a core house band and people join in or take the place of members of the core members. No telling who you might see. Not everyone is an all star but that is part of the charm I think. Old rockers and blues men from days gone by, enjoying one more time onstage.

Ive been coming to this bar for many years off n on. Now.. my complaint is .. came in for soda n it does not taste like soda (very carbonated coke) they need to have someone come in n calibrate the soda Soda .. coke does not taste like coke n the mixed drinks are terrible. I've checked out places other places n never had a prob with just plain soda or mix drink till I came back to AJs after a few years ...food is great .. just need to work on soda n drinks ...staff is awesome though

I was there as a Jets fan and an employee's husband started to abused me while I was there because his team the Patriots was not doing well it's one of your bartenders and you really need to pay attention I've been coming into that bar for over 20 years and I have never ever been abused like that in a bar I'm a Jets fan that comes their religiously to view the Jets games over by the pool tables in a less than productive area however you do make an area available to us I will never ever come back there again my name is Bob Hans and Erica you know me I have been there before many times the fact that an employee has their husband there was being belligerent to other people and D the bartender is defending them is appalling I thought this was a business establishment what you paid for your family evidently I was wrong this is your bartenders family

My hole in the wall hometown place. Great bartenders, trivia and karaoke are fun, crowd is consistent and nice. Food is limited but the wings are good. Careful, the hot is HOT!
