Rudy 's Country Store And -b-q

As first-time visitors, we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The unique dining concept of ordering by the half pound, rather than traditional platters, caught our attention. The server behind the counter was very helpful, explaining the process and making sure we had a great experience. We really appreciated the opportunity to sample the meats before placing our order. The moist brisket, pulled pork, and baby back ribs were all outstanding.

My mom and I visited this restaurant for the first time last night, as we had a craving for BBQ. We had noticed it several times before but never decided to stop in. As soon as we entered, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a delightful smoky scent. When we approached the order counter, Nathan provided excellent assistance by explaining the menu and the ordering process. He was patient and attentive, showcasing what great customer service looks like. I would definitely return, as the food was outstanding and the service was top-notch!

Pablo offered outstanding service and took the time to explain the restaurant's concept during our visit. The BBQ was excellent and delicious; we sampled the ribs, pulled pork, and brisket. We also enjoyed a local New Mexico root beer.

Rudy's is one of the BEST BBQ places to grab some good food. It's never too early for BBQ...they open at 7 a.m.. Stopped in at the Las Cruces, NM location while on a business trip. Staff and food were AWESOME!! They offer a Military/Veteran discount. Thank you Rudy's!!

One of our favorite places to visit. Rudy's offers a variety of BBQ with a good selection of sides. We went during the day on Tuesday. It wasn't busy. Service was prompt. The restaurant was clean.. The pulled pork was full of flavor. The potato salad and coleslaw were perfect sides.The banana pudding is absolutely delicious.
