Mccall's Heartland Grill - Las Vegas

We waited almost 15 minutes before the waiter came to my table to take our order. They are so short staffs.

It is a very good place to eat , if you like steak. We enjoy to be there, staff interacted with us and introduced to a new cocktails. Will recommend to anyone

We have been here a few times prior to the pandemic and we always enjoyed the food. This time, I'm sorry the food was sub par. First, we ordered a prime rib medium rare and a sirloin medium-well, the prime rib came well done which its ruined and the sirloin was medium-rare no problem they took care of it only they brought back a prime rib that appeared to have been grilled instead of roasted. Prime rib is not to be grilled, any chef should know that. It was grilled which made the prime rib very tough and rubbery it was not good. I expected that the manager would at least stop by and apologize for the mix up but no one every apologized. We most likely will never return.

Very good food and service. I made a reservation before arriving at the hotel and it all went smoothly.

The bacon wrapped prawns are amazing. Definitely get these if you visit! The steaks are so so. I would not get again. Overpriced for the quality. We make much better steaks at home. Our server was great and was accommodating to a quick dinner since we were trying to get to a show.
