Naked Fish's Sushi Grill - Las Vegas

They nailed it on every detail. The hamachi kama was delectable, tender and had a super thin, crispy baked golden outer crust that was to die for. They made a special salmon roll with salmon on top and ultra thin sliced lemon was off the charts delicious. The garlic edamame was the best I've ever had. They even have fresh, natural wasabi which if you haven't had it is it total treat. Everything was outstanding.The place is the bomb!

Great experience. Very small, intimate spot. Food was amazing. They have different daily specials I guess. We had salmon belly tempura that was to die for. Fresh barracuda, fresh Japanese snapper, fresh Japanese trout. WSOP roll was my favorite. My girlfriend and I went and our bill came out to $100.13, which is pretty much what we expected. This isn?t an AYCE spot. The stuffed mussels... just order them. Amazing... We really enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Wewill 100% be back again!
