Contribuer aux commentairesI am very disappointed with this restaurant. The service is extremely slow and the customer service is lacking. I placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes (even though the estimated time was 9-12 minutes). When I arrived, there were only two people ahead of me in line, with others standing around. It was confusing to know who was waiting for a mobile order or a in-store order. I went to the counter where mobile orders are handed out and saw my order with my name on it. A barista placed three additional drinks near me, but did not call out any names. I waited for 20 minutes before attempting to ask another barista for my drink, but he brushed me off to help someone else. Eventually, I received my drink and mentioned to him not to ignore me next time. His response was dismissive, stating that he can talk to people however he wants. This incident occurred on 5/6/22 at 8:45.
This Starbucks is always excellent. Customer service is top notch and drinks/food are always great!
My egg white bites were frozen in the middle and not cooked at all. Horrible way to wake up, however more effective than coffee.
Absolutely awful, I tried to order twice and the person at the register was too busy making drinks for his friends as they continued to cut customers in line.When I tried to order he didn't listen to anything I was saying. The experience was so bad I cancelled my drink order and left.I work in customer service, too...this was really bad. His name was Jolly or something I couldn't tell from the writing on his name-tag...he has dyed blonde hair, working at around 3-4 pm at this location.
The restaurant is very clean with excellent service, but the kitchen is often quite slow at getting orders out.
