Fantastic food and service enjoyed by the whole family!
Two lovely people Allan and Lolita, are cooking up a storm at the Red Ruby, ex flower drum (18 years of service) they moved to Beaconsfield for a quiet way of life! In doing that they give you the opportunity to eat beautiful Cantonese food!! The stuffed chicken wing was to die for and the dumplings were sensational!! Service was perfectly timed and very considerate! Alan makes everything, including all stocks from scratch using only the best locally sourced ingredients. Absolutely no msg, and none of that salty after taste you can have with Chinese! Can not wait to go back and try their Tasmanian ginger scallops....and a few more dumplings and maybe some more pink ling....!!!
The dining experience was exceptional, featuring an elegant table setting, exquisite wine, and outstanding customer service. It's definitely worth a visit!
A truly charming and lovely restaurant with fantastic food. It’s located in a quiet city, but definitely worth the trip. I’ll definitely come back again!
