This Popeyes service area filled with rude employees, they don't take food offers from the Popeyes. An employee was sweeping and mopping near us and banged into my chair didn't say sorry to me. An employee with other employees was making fun of the fact that customers are complaining about the food being too expensive but they ripped us off with the $10.99 2 can dine deal 5 pc chicken, 2 sides and a biscuit and charge extra for a drink. It came out to $26.49 for a 4 pc 2 can dine deal, 2 sides and a biscuit and pay for the soda separately. Never buying food off the turnpike again! On 8/16 I used a coupon to purchased a meal, the cashier said it timed out and charged me again this time more than the original price. I showed him the money came out the first time, he insisted it didn’t. Now I have two purchases from this location. It’s impossible to reach anyone on the phone and I don’t live nearby. I would like to be refunded for the second over priced purchase. Please advise.
