The staff is always eager to assist you in getting exactly what you want, almost perfectly. I particularly enjoy the Sashimi or Nigiri— a treat that’s quite rare for a small town located so far from the nearest coast, which requires a six-and-a-half-hour drive down the highway. However, after countless visits and trying a variety of raw fish, squid, vegetables, and more, I can honestly say I am always completely satisfied.
This was our first visit to this restaurant, which is conveniently located in the corner of the Kroger shopping center. The place is very clean, and the staff was both efficient and friendly. I ordered the Hibachi chicken with extra vegetables in place of rice, and it was delicious. My husband got the dragon roll and the TN roll. The dragon roll was decent; it tasted good, but there was a noticeable lack of shrimp compared to others we’ve tried before, which usually had a generous amount. However, the TN roll was fantastic! Though we’re not typically fans of rolls with cream cheese, this one pleasantly surprised us. The spicy shredded crab on top added a wonderful touch! Plus, the prices were quite reasonable!
Our go-to place for sushi in Lawrenceburg! It's easy to call, place an order, and pick it up on my way home from work. The chef has been making sushi there for several years and is very skilled. Our kids especially love the shrimp hibachi.
Sushi was really pretty good! I have many Hibachi memories from different cities. That's okay, but not my favorite. It is good for the area:
Small restaurant in a shopping center, but the food is GREAT! Lots of choices on their menu, portion sizes are perfect, prices are really good, and the service is fast and friendly. No more driving over an hour away to get good sushi!
