I may sound like a stickler, but compared to hibachi restaurants on the East Coast, the food here is severely lacking in quantity, especially when it comes to vegetables. Additionally, they don't seem to pay attention to special instructions on takeout orders. The overall food quality is decent, but it's definitely worth it to dine in instead. My daughter couldn't resist the shrimp before I could even take a picture, and there were only three more left.
The staff was excellent, with prompt service. My husband and I love sushi, and this restaurant is the best we've found in Lawton. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality of the sushi. I highly recommend it, especially if you enjoy spicy food. Make sure to try the Heart Attack roll! 10/10.
For starters, the customer service was terrible. I did an order for pickup and the girl who helped me was very unprofessional and short. When I arrived, the restaurant stunk. Not like a typical seafood restaurant but like mildew/mold. The girl who took my order over the phone was who cashed me out, and her and another waitress just talked trash the entire I was there... Like children. I paid almost $50 for four sushi rolls to get home and find they weren't edible. They taste like how the restaurant smelled... I won't feed this trash to my dogs. Even the ginger tastes like moldy bleach. I'm so disappointed ?
My family and I dine in(not for hibachi). Customer service was great. However, the sushi was disappointing. The sushi was not properly rolled, it was messy and covered in sauce, we couldn?t taste the fish. Sushi was overpriced for the quality. Also, the floor was super sticky.
