Contribuer aux commentairesMe and my husband went to the drive thru, we were the only car in line, when we first got there an automated voice came on, then we waited for someone to take our order we waited at least 10 minutes, in the meantime another car pulled up behind us, after not getting a response it made me wonder if the store wasn't open so my husband said lets go somewhere else, before we I decided to pull up to the window to see if anyone was there, as I pulled up there were 2 workers inside, one them just putting on her headset to take orders and the other worker was standing by her they were talking and laughing, they saw me when I pulled neither one t of them acknowledged that I had pulled up to the window. So we left and went to Arby's and got s fish sandwich, which we had planned to get at BK. If that's how they treat their customers, I won't go there ever again.
Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience tonight. I sat at the counter and waited for them to take my order for 10 min. Just when I was about to leave someone finally came and got my order. While waiting for my food one of the employees started yelling and screaming at the other employees. I understand they were stressed and understaffed but it could have been handled a lot better. It ruined the atmosphere and made everyone very uncomfortable. A few other customers left without ordering.
I miss hearing Will Smith rapping on the Burger King radio.
The supervisor for that night was rude hard to deal with tried to get items fixed only to be told I was wrong gave up and waited for a different day to talk to the general manager who actually took care of me making me feel better about the location but worried if I was to go back and would have to deal with that supervisor I wouldn’t want to go name was Marisa.
Food was ok waited like 15 minutes for a happy meal and whopper I am so sad ?
