We were lured by the great rating, unfortunately our visit to the restaurant lasted about 1 minute. To our greeting, the answer was a strange question, if there were only two of us there. After a positive answer, we were assigned a table at the entrance. When asked if we could take another table, which was not marked in any way, the answer was that it was reserved. So we thanked and left. Damage.

We were staying in Hejnice, the lady at the guesthouse, after asking where you can eat well here, she pointed us to the Libverda spa, Restaurant Valdštejn, they say it's a little uphill, about 1 km, but it was quite a hill, but it was definitely worth it for the wonderful gastronomic experience happened. The staff is kind, willing, accommodating, and I dare say that for the young age of the staff, the professional demeanor of an experienced waiter with many years of experience. Well, I can only add one thing to the cooking speech. Famous, unique, from appetizer to dessert. The leg of lamb was recommended by the already mentioned waiter, without it being written on the menu, and it was delicious, the meat was like a cake, the spinach was well-seasoned, neatly served with fried br. spalicky, and everything was complemented by an excellent sauce. This is how I could describe the other courses, but all the same, UNIQUE. I highly recommend everyone who is in the area to stop by and you will surely be satisfied. Keep going and good luck.
