Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Lebanon

My wife and I eat in several thickys in Texas and this is terrible, its very dirty and eating is disgusting. the bathroom smells like urine. the worst part was the boiled meat and dried beside dishes. I wouldn't recommend it.

Completely awful I’m pretty positive that the pork was rotten and the chicken was undercooked. The service was horrible and they were not even busy. It seems to me it’s being ran by a bunch of teenagers. We definitely won’t be returning.

We showed up for date night about an hour before closing so the food was probably at its worst. That being said, the flavor was still outstanding. The only real complaint we had about the food was that it was colder than if it was fresh and the green beans were soggy. The servers were really polite, helpful, and didn't make us feel rushed either. It makes me want to go back during regular business hours for a comparison.

The worst service I have ever encountered. Both ladies working 2/18:22 at 1:30pm are absolutely rude and should not be in the business. Made us feel very unwanted there. Then our food was over cooked and burnt. The onion tanglers were beyond burnt and made rest of potatoe have the same taste. $50 later and we didn’t even eat it because it felt so uncomfortable to us. When I asked could I get different tanglers she gave me like 4 pieces. I love Dickey’s but these ladies may have ruined it for me for good. I am a GM of a hotel and I wouldn’t ever have staff like them in my hotel.

Delicious food, Justine and Rhonda were super helpful and very nice to my family. We have never been to a Dickeys so the experience was GREAT. Also very clean and spacious for big parties.
