My partner and I took my mother to Cabana for an early Mother's Day meal, as we had previously enjoyed the food and experience there. However, our visit on Saturday was disappointing. My partner's burrito arrived without the meat filling, and despite there being more staff than customers, it took a long time to get their attention. The portion sizes were small and overpriced, and the drinks were expensive. The salt cod fritters were delicious, and when we mentioned the missing meat in the burrito, they adjusted our bill. It seemed like just a bad day for the restaurant, which was unfortunate as I wanted it to be a pleasant experience for my mum.
Very good service and the food was really nice and affordable
Service food fair and reasonable, nothing special, would return although wouldn't be first choice.
Absolutely terrible experience. Eventually served a drink at the table after 20 minutes. Ordered 2 main meals which should have been Burritos. Instead we received 2 totasted tortilla wraps filled with very little else but coleslaw. I questioned if the order was correct, the waiter confirmed that's how Cabana serve this dish. I took a few bites and left the rest. I then spent another 10 minutes attempting to get a second drink. Paid nearly £40 for this dreadful meal and experience. Left shortly after. We won't be back.
