Nothing Bundt Cakes - Lee's Summit

The manager was so rude and wasn't welcoming. I handed her my card she swiped and then put it on the counter. I asked her why wouldn't she just hand it back to me. She said that she apologized with a rude tone. The bundt cakes also did not look fresh.

I ordered 3 double bunt towers for thank you gifts and needed them in 30 minutes. They got my order had them beautifully wrapped and ready when I got there to pick them up. I was even a few minutes early. I will definitely be ordering more everyone loves their bundt cakes they are all delicious!!

The cake is good but the customer service at this store is less than desirable. For my curbside pickup (no other cars present) I ordered 4 bundtlets. I specifically asked for the red velvet cake to be in the plastic with a pink bow, just as the picture showed on-line. I got nothing. I called and wasted my time.

My family and I can’t get enough of these cakes! They’re easily the best I’ve ever tasted. Not only do they have amazing cake, but when I accidentally forgot to pick one up for my daughter’s birthday, they stayed open a few minutes late just so I could grab it. I can’t express how much I appreciate them coming to the rescue. Nothing Bundt Cake is our go-to for life!
