Dunkin' - Leesburg

This is the worst Dunkin in the country. Please allow 30 minutes for any order. How it takes 20 minutes for a sweet tea and green tea that we ordered before hand blows my mind.

Slow. No customer service. Bread is stale on sandwiches, they don’t understand that coffee must be stirred after adding sugar, cream, etc.

Unfortunately Leesburg Dunkin Donuts struggles every visit I have come here… each time I think …extremely long delayed food and multiple times missing items in the order on the receipt…25mins of time and still don’t have our food!

I visit this place several times a week.. unfortunately it seems the two employees I got to know and see frequently are no longer working in this store. They hired some new staff and the service struggled some but the manager seems to be very involved and working hard to run a great store. I order the same drink every time and it seems to be made differently by each employee. I could understand a small difference but when I ask for 1 cream and one person hands me a dark brown iced coffee and the next time it looks like light brown milk, I can tell it wasn't made correctly. It's frustrating when I can tell it wasn't made correctly just by looking at it and the drive through worker tells me I'm wrong.. either way, I'll remain a customer. Im just glad to see continued improvement at a still fairly new storeVegetarian options: Meatless sandwich, veggie options, bagels .Parking: No issue. Every time I go I always order the same thing. A refresher and a grilled cheese sandwich. They always forget to grill my sandwich. Like dayum I know those employees are sick and tired. They even make me wait and park upfront. All to get a cold ahh sandwich with two slices of cold freaking cheese. It’s not even like this happened to me once too it’s every single time I go.
