Ruby Tuesday - Leesburg

The ribs use to be good but the last few times ive ordered they have been really dry and tough. Very disappointed

Would be a 5 star if my drink wasnt forgotten. Food was good though!

I ordered online from here so I wouldn't have to wait for long to eat. I have to go to restaurant 20 minutes later and sign says to call the pickup. I'm calling to let them know I'm here and then I was told I'd have to come to pick up. I came in and sat at the bar waiting for my food. 25 minutes later, I'm told they gave me orders. then they tell me that they will refund my order and it should take about 6 minutes. 20 min later I finally got my food.

Super friendly staff and good food. Good prices too. Big portions. Don't forget to ask for your military service rebate. Nice to see a place that supports our service members past and present.

We ate there yesterday, I had the Speck Cheeseburger, ordered medium well. The burger rarely arrived. You could see the raw beef on the side of the burger. In the meantime, my lower bungalow had become so bad because of the blood that came out of it. I asked the waiter to take it back and cook it more. He brought it back, still raw in the middle, I couldn't eat it. I got the same soggy bootase again. I brought it home and cooked it myself. That was very disappointing because Ruby's is one of my favorite restaurants! I had a bad burger there. If so, they are one of the few places where I will eat a burger. Salat bar excellent as usual, except the ranch was quite a lot away and we had to ask them to be filled again. Seems like the chefs are in a hurry, not too busy. It won't stop me from going to Ruby, but I thought I should say my disappointment.
