Whatever they are doing at this store is working. Food was cooked to perfection. I love the new scorching chicken. Not to hot to make you cry, but hot enough to challenge your taste buds. Update. On another visit, I had the Colorado burger and my daughter had the BBQ wings. The burger was perfect. The wings were great! My husband ordered the parmesan wings, which lacked flavor though. All in all yummy!

It has been awhile since I’ve been to a Smashburger, so I was happy to see one next to my hotel. I ordered the $15 double brisket burger online and arrived early expecting to wait for a hot, juicy, and fresh burger right from the grill. What I got was a dry, overcooked and cold burger moments after walking in; obviously not near enough time to cook unless it was prepared earlier.
