Contribuer aux commentairesThis is a good formal restaurant in the fairmont resort. the dinner menu offers $65 for 2 courses and $82 for 3 courses. the presentation of each teller is beautiful. the netzen are very sensational. the chef’s wagyu beef served with smoked Paris-Mash is extremely delicious. I would highly recommend the cheese plate for dessert the portion size is generous enough to feed 3! the assorted cheese tastes amazingly with handcrafted crackers, fresh figs and dried grapes. the service is however somewhat undercut, especially because it is hard to get their attention during the course, mistake on the bill and we can feel their stress level. Fabulous restaurant in fairmont resort. I had the 7-course menu and it was excellent! every court that came out was better than the next. they were beautifully plated and tasted extremely good. the dessert was worth every bit, so make sure that u save space for him. the service was incredible and I would highly recommend this place!
Beautiful service, amazing creative eating made to perfection and the matching weeping in every cure to die. very pleasant dining experience.
We had 3 courses. The morton bay bug risotto for my main was superb. The passion fruit creme brulee desert was my favourite, perfectly balanced. The service was again great. Friendly and prompt. A very enjoyable and relaxing night.
The Chef's surprise degustation with matching wines was delicious!
