We had lunch and the place is cozy. The prices are average and also the food. Service is very friendly and everything looks homemade.
My wife and I drove for a 100km drive to the west of Sydney and landed in Leura for lunch. The mall has many food and cost options, but we went for a simple meal. Landseer's Café is small and cozy and easy to find in the main street. There is a shop from the large and lively café on the busiest corner. A simple choice for us. We were in first and chose a table near the window. The menu shows simple food, sandwiches, soups, cakes, etc. We chose both cakes served with salad. I chose the Chicken Mornay Pie and my wife chose the vegetable cake. Both were served hot. The large portion of accompaniment salad picked up most of the plate and was fresh and crispy with a delicious dressing. We both enjoyed the cakes and salads and left nothing on the plates. My wife drank English breakfast tea with milk and I had a soy latte. We finished our meal by sharing a piece of Apple Pie with cream and ice cream. It was very nice. A nice meal served by smiling staff. It is worth a change when filling out food excessively in loud factories. Lunch is highly recommended here.
There is hand sanitizer available on every table, a sign of the times. The cafe is impeccably clean and I never had any doubts. It is a lovely little spot at the end of the street, with delicious soups and milkshakes that you can't go wrong with. They also have a wide variety of tea options. This is the ideal place to relax after a long hike in the mountains.
My partner and I attended this cafe, when we asked to sit outside no one came out to clean our table for us, so we did it ourselves, following this we ordered our meals and drinks in which the waiter told me before giving her...the debit card to pay said it was $36 and when my partner checked her count $46 was taken out from this cafe..when contacted the following day, they asked the first time I called to call back in 10..I tried to contact them numerous times and no answer, this was so rude I can’t even explain and anyone attending this cafe be careful and ask for receipts before paying, the burger was okay but way too over priced..15.90 for a burger on its own, ridiculous and customer service was poor, except for one nice man who worked there on the day, wouldn’t recommend eating here
