Domino's Pizza - Levelland

The local store is amazing I placed my order by phone to the call center and the rep could barely speak English and I could not understand her. I did not know at the time that I could be connected directly to the store to I placed the order thinking it would be fine, when I got to the store the total was higher and I couldn’t figure out why. The girl told me it was cause they ordered me bread bowls instead of just pasta bowls. And well due to medical reasons I can’t have the bread I paid for it and got home and then realized they forgot my garlic cups. I called to see if I could go back to get them and explained the situation to the manager and she offered to remake our pasta bowls, and have them delivered to me free of charge. Thank you so much for doing that. Just great customer service.

The staff here has always been amazing and they seem to be very cleanly and on top of everything at all times it's honestly impressive

This Domino's pizza is great. Their pizzas are delicious. I get all my pizzas from there. It comes hot. I once asked them to draw me a chicken and they did :P So I'll assume that the staff is also friendly :D.

The delivery guy Kraig was amazing very nice and respectful. He has always been very pleasant when delivering our food I’d recommend him every time if I could

Unfortunately 1 bad apple spoils the entire bunch. Sierra was great but still no resolve with the rude call center person. Way to go Dominoes!! My money will go elsewhere
