Went to pick up an order. The app had automatically put it as counter pickup. I went thru the drive thru and asked the girl if she could get it from the counter and give it to me in the drive thru. She rudely and blatantly refused. She said I had to change it on the app and I told her it wouldn’t let me. She said well then you have to come in. Rude and lazy employees! If I didn’t get free food I’d never go to this store!!!

MAN. after a good night and an awesome win from DADDY MAHOMES , i was hungry from all the cheering. Came to pick me up a mcchicken with no lettuce add cheese and GAHH DAMM did yall deliver. The chicken? crispy. the cheese? melted. the bun? light and airy. and best of all the mayonnaise which is my favorite part. whoever is back there putting the mchickens together needs a mf RAISE

Love the senior coffee they have for $0.50 here at my local Mc Donald's. Service is good most of the time unless you go really late at night it seems like people like to hang out at the drive-in and flirt with the employees. It was 3:00 in the morning and I went there for a senior cup of coffee I must have sat in the drive through driveway for at least 20 minutes and nobody was serving any food or anything they just kept on flirting with the boys that were in the car so I left.

Brenda is the rudest manager I have dealt with in a long time. I didn't get one of the large fries I ordered through the drive-thru and I always throw my receipt in the trash when I leave the window usually the order is good but this time I was missing just a large fry. So I went inside to get one (I didn't mind paying for it again due to I no longer had the receipt) but before I could get any of that out she started in with anything for free food and added in we don't give out free food here. When I said I didn't mind paying for it again she said well you have to because we don't give food for free. The way she was talking and her attitude was way uncalled for. Someone like her should never be in any kind of management at all ..
