The sundaes that we had were of good size and quality for the cost. The ice cream was delicious. We will be back.

Honestly. It was 'okay '. We have much better places back home and the service here was some of the slowest I 've seen (50 minutes from the time we parked), the sizes are not on display and the double scoop sundae was insanely large, we ordered hot fudge on single scoops and got about as much fudge as ice cream, to the point I 'm not even sure what the ice cream tasted like. Overall, it wasn 't throw away quality, but wasn 't great and I 'd never wait that long knowingly.

The ice cream is very good and the experience is much more charming than your typical ice cream place. My kids love the playground. But I?m not eager to go again after tonight. From the moment we got in line to order, it took an HOUR to get our ice cream. Our server gave them to us so quickly we could not keep track of which was which flavor ? which was very important because my son has a nut allergy. She rolled her eyes when I asked her to repeat the flavors for this

I?m so disappointed in Hopkins. We were there twice and both times had bad experiences with long wait times (45 minutes after ordering and paying). Then we were told the flavor we ordered was not available. The first time it happened, we ordered a different flavor and waited an additional fifteen minutes. The second time it happened, we asked for a refund and waited 15 minutes for the money and the teenager was very rude when she gave us our money back by saying to us

Half of their flavors aren?t available, took 30mn to give us 2 pints. Shouldn?t these be ready to go already? Opened one up as soon as we got home and i guess they?ve used this to scoop out the cone orders too? Yikes. Shouldn?t take this long to serve customers when you have 2 people taking orders and others in charge of scooping.
