Juici's Modern Jmaican Grill - Lewisham

I have not visited the restaurant yet, but I have always ordered from there and have never been disappointed with the consistently delicious food! In the past, the delivery time was quite long, but now it is much faster with improvements made. It is great to see the growth of the restaurant and I wish them even more success in the future!

On Sunday night, I placed an order for a margherita pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and pommes. I received a confirmation that my order was confirmed and would be delivered shortly. However, the delivery time was extended and my order was delayed. After contacting the restaurant, they informed me that they were short on riders and busy, but they would prioritize our order and include a free bottle of Pepsi. Despite living nearby, it took three hours for our order to arrive. The pizza was not up to par and the delivery was disappointing.

Please be aware that this review is based on a delivery order. I ordered a fish meal with sides from this restaurant, but the order was changed from coley to snapper without my knowledge. Additionally, part of my order was missing. I contacted the restaurant about the missing items and was informed that they would be refunded. The order arrived an hour late and without the sauce. I requested a refund for the missing items, but it has not been processed as promised. It appears that the owner and their associate have been dishonest about providing a refund. This restaurant has a history of similar incidents on JustEat, as mentioned in other reviews. I advise caution when ordering from this establishment, as I had a negative experience and cannot recommend it.

I've been waiting for my lunch for hours! I've tried to call her often to find out what happens to my food delivery, nobody seems to know how to answer a phone! I ordered my eating they said that my eating of it is now and still no eating is delivered! not impressed! absolutely smoking!

The food I ordered was nasty my rice was dry no gravy the chicken had no taste the driver added on his own price I would never order from them again
