Contribuer aux commentairesI went to Arby's to grab some roast beef for dinner, but when I pulled up to the speaker, I was told, "We are closed." It turns out they close at 6 PM, but there was no notice on the menu outside. The girl at the speaker was quite rude and explained, "We're open from 10 to 6; we're short-staffed." I understand that's a challenge, but there was no need for her to be rude about it. I won't be returning after this experience!
I can never get enough of their jalapeño poppers and bronco sauce! They're always fresh and delicious, but there are times when they forget to include the sauce, so be sure to double-check.
If I didn't give stars. We gave our order that the employee who accepted our order was so rude that we simply pulled out and she sounded like she didn't want to work. Then up there's only one car on the window and we waited for a bit. Terrible customer service. It was a big thin African American with long dreads she has terrible costume service as she still works there.
Quinnshell is fantastic! The person who takes your order is incredibly friendly and always makes sure everything is correct. Their warm smile is so uplifting, and it’s refreshing to experience such excellent customer service every day!
I had a very unpleasant experience with the drive-thru staff. They were the rudest individuals I’ve ever encountered. One of the items I ordered was missing from the bag, and I only realized it after spending 15 minutes driving home. When I called to complain, I was told that my order had been placed over an hour ago, but I actually had been stuck in traffic for about 30 minutes. While I did eventually receive the missing item, the woman I spoke with was very aggressive and insisted that I was mistaken, which I found extremely rude.
