Jimmy John's - Lexington

Walked in. No one was there except me and 3 employees. They all saw me. They looked me dead in the face and ignored me as I walked in and passed them. Finally one said hi when I got to the back.Nevermind, I just realized I don't want to eat here.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My wife loves the Glutten Free buns, and mom loves their roast beef.Dietary restrictions: Glutten Free

I will never go to Jimmy johns ever never again the service was terrible, then they hand me my food without putting it in a bag omg!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would do it. I had a hair on my tuna sandwich, called the store and the manager didn't apologize. I asked if they wear hair nets and he said no. Just check your food or don't go there, I will never coming back to this store.

I'm not the one to leave negative reviews on Yelp, but this Jimmy John's needs some serious work. I've been ordering from them for years for delivery as I work close by. Back in the day it never took more than 20 minutes for delivery. In fact, Jimmy John's slogan is Freaky Fast. Now, they usually take around 40 min to deliver. Today, my boss and I have been waiting nearly 2 hours for our food. No apology. No discount. Just an absurd wait. I am very disappointed in Jimmy John's and want to warn people to not order delivery from this location. I hope my food arrives, but I'm worried it will probably be spoiled at this point.
