Sub Station Ii - Lexington

Ordered turkey and cheese on sweetwheat. Came on white bread. I don't like your white bread. That is why I order subs because of the sweetwheat bread. Didn't receive oil and vinegar. LEARN TO READFood: 1/5

I have been a faithful customer since they first opened. I have eaten subs from probably every known company but I like Sub Station II best of all. I have known Ryan and Jerry (as well as some of the staff) and have appreciated their great customer service and friendliness. Having a grest product and great people is the key to a sucessful business. I highly recommend Sub Station II to anyone who wants a good meal and experience.

Staff was unfriendly- I think this group does not like working together as they seemed very tense interacting with each other. Meatball sub was bland and not hot. No one know the Wi-Fi password although there is a sign stating ‘Free Wi-Fi’.Food: 3/5

Substation II is usually a good place, but today I had to buy the ranch they decided not to put on the sub we ordered with ranch. The pettiness of making me pay 60-something cent for a packet of ranch that should have been on the sub anyway. I'd never have this issue with the one on #1.
