Siam Corner Ma Ma Thai - Lichfield

This was our 2nd time going and we had the Massaman curry under the vegetarian options on the menu. It is to die for. The waitresses were very nice and service was quick. They also don't cheapen out on the alcohol in the cocktails. Edit: still as good as it was 2.5 years after my original review, although they changed their menu now. They still offer vegan options, we had a yellow curry which was very good. Updated from previous review on 2021-08-09

We chose the vegetarian set menu for 2 (suitable for vegans). The food was really hot and delicious!! Everything was good! Definitely will visit again Updated from previous review on 2022-04-15

I always had a good meal here , but this time was a disaster green Thai Curry Was like dishwater, even when you replaced it , was exactly the same

Loved the experience. The service was enthusiastic, and felt genuine 'Welcome to Thailand! ', in the words of the staff. But the food was simply delicious. We had a satay chicken, that was well cooked, and the peanut sauce was lovely. It came with a good arrangement, and a sweet sauce on the side (plum...? . For mains, we had a Pad Thai Pork, and a Beef with Chilli and Basil. The beef showed three peppers for a spice index, but was not that spicy. The flavours were beautifully balanced, and where the beef simply brimmed with taste, the pad thai had a brilliant texture and nutty under taste. All in all, definitely worth a visit.

Went for lunch with a friend after being told by another friend how good it was. It was very good. Excellent service and fabulous food. Lovely atmosphere, clean. Thank you
