Went with a party of friends for lunch, the food was very tasty and piping hot and the pub was clean and tidy also there is plenty of parking. Alan the landlord has only been there a few months and deserves to do well in his venture, he was lovely and very attentive and during our meal he came to make sure everything was ok for us which was nice. Only one of the party lived in shenstone the rest of us had to travel but intend to go back in the next couple of months we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Hopefully on our next visit and Alan has had more time to settle in we will be able to give The Railway Inn 5 stars. First time at the Railway Inn and it was an enjoyable experience. The food is traditional pub grub and very tasty, three of my party of 4 wanted chips but they only had 1 portion left but offered fries or sweet potato fries instead which was acceptable to us.
