Pietro's Pizza Kauai - Lihue

The NY-style pizza at this restaurant is excellent! We ordered a large margherita pizza for dinner and it was ready in 30 minutes. Even though it took me about 10 minutes to walk back to the Marriott and the pizza had cooled down a bit, it was still delicious! I was pleasantly surprised that the crust still had a nice crunch to it and wasn't soggy. They also offer a gluten-free cauliflower crust option, so we will definitely be coming back to try more pizzas while they are still hot and delicious!

Delicious! When I was living in Italy, I made sure to visit Naples whenever I could to enjoy the best pizza in the world. Now that I am in Lihue, I am excited to have discovered a pizzeria here that serves authentic Neapolitan pizza! I highly recommend dining here. I tried the calabrese and my father had the diavola, both were amazing! This is a family-run establishment and we met Tommaso, who clearly has a true passion for pizza which is reflected in the restaurant and the quality of the pizza. Excellent.
