Subway - Lilburn

????????????????????????????????Absolutely TERRIBLE! Don?t eat here. I had an allergic reaction to ingredients I asked the store specifically to make sure NOT to add these ingredients to my veggie wrap. The quality was also very poor. I called to confirm my order but not only did they lie about adding the ingredients, they also showed no remorse in resolving the issue. CUSTOMER SERVICE should be a a top priority. I will be sure to never eat here again and will never suggest this restaurant to anyone. *TIP* value your customers because they are the sole reason your business is running.

Its currently 7:45pm and they are closed, even tho their hours say they are open till 9pm and the manager Lok did not seem to want to take my order and their excuse is that they are closing because the work flow has been Slow so the owner Alob told them to close early but yet i was there trying to order ? Business is business they did not seem to want any so i definitely do not recommend this place they must want to remain closed.

Little while ago, it was good quality food and was really good staff. Since last 3 times, seems like staff doesn't want to work. There sign says closing at 9, i was there 8.35. N they were closed. Management is not good. I was there last night at 8.30, seems like they doesn't want to work,they were so rude, making my sub soo badly and it seems to be like she didn't want to serve. They were denying everything that i was asking for.Very bad experience. I will never go there.

This is the slowest subway I have ever been to. Waited 15 minutes just to be taken care of. Woman took her time with every little thing. I had to ask her to speed up with just putting my cheese on my sub. Never coming to this subway again. Now late for work. Thanks

Horrible service. The fresh veggies were not so fresh. Tomatoes all squished and gross. Asked the lady to put a little bit of mayonnaise and she squirts a glob of it on my sandwich. Last time I stop here. Only reason I did was because I was in a hurry. I know better for next time.
