Someone just called me after I placed an order on Ubereat that they will soon cancel my order because I didn 't tip and honestly I 'm shocked. I don 't tip before receiving my service and I find that very logical. We pay for delivery with Ubereat and tipping is optional. So, it’s really crazy that they think they can do anything. Note that I am 15 minutes from the restaurant. Food: 4
I regularly stopped at this tiny restaurant (for takeout and delivery only, I would like to point out) when I worked nearby in the early 2000s. After many years, I returned recently and ordered one of their famous “TV Dinners”. It was like taking a ride in a time machine! Nothing has really changed in terms of decor (really not great). At the time, receptionists and cashiers smoked up front, in front of customers. Like nothing ever happened. Which I found very unprofessional and unsanitary. I don't know if the administration has changed since then, but I didn't see anyone smoking this time. The food, for its part, remained essentially the same. The choice is vast. Don’t expect top-notch Chinese food, but for an affordable “on-the-go” solution, it’s ok. Nothing more. Yes, prices have increased (I would even go so far as to say increased a lot if we compare them to those of 2002-2003), but for the quantity we offer to customers, it remains reasonable.
I think we changed administration The cuisine is truly delicious Food: 4 Service: 4
