Taco Bell - Lima

Every time we place an order, we consistently find that at least two items are either missing or incorrect. Today, I went in because four items were missing from my order. Unfortunately, I was treated rudely by the management throughout the interaction. Additionally, I discovered that this location is not a training store, and employees are allowed to handle various personal items (like hats, hair, and phones) without changing their gloves afterward. I even saw a cell phone sitting on the food preparation line. They really need to improve their standards.
