Sunday Roast was very good. Definitely recompensate the duo of Beef. Service was good, attentive and polite. He waited for food for 45 minutes (which was not busy when we ordered), but was excellent when served. Cosy and warm, will repeat.

Family celebration for 10 people, mixed age groups for all. Friendly staff, good food pleasant relaxed atmosphere.

Sunday dinner was nice, as usual.....joyed it.... service was a bit slow as we were down for a change... usually up at the end near fireplace....

It was a busy Saturday, but in the early evening, so it was a shame that the lamb starter we all demanded was finished. Apart from that, the food was great, drinks needed to hunt a few times, but otherwise a good evening. £120 for two courses and drinks, reasonable value, nice staff.

Visited on a Saturday night with friends , friendly and helpful staff , busy until about 9.30 ish , food fairly good asked for med steak but more like med rare , enjoyed the starter , pud could have been a bit warmer not overly big portions of all dishes .Overall 7 out of 10 and would return in the future .
