This is a very well presented restaurant and the food was very good especially so since so many competitors hardly bother providing good service these days. The place is very nicely appointed and adjoins a quality hotel with which they are associated, my guess is that visitors would have a hard time doing better anywhere in the city.Ambiance was great, service excellent, it was a homely environment, it would have been nice to speak with the young Itaiian guy running the place, but he was unavailable at the time; as an expat one sometimes likes to meet other foreigners. This place is tucked away behind a petrol station, so you could miss it, but don't go and enjoy the good food at reasonable prices.
My friends and I went to Lipa for the day. We wanted to eat in a certain restaurant but could not get in touch with them. One of my friends saw online that the owners and the chef had an Italian Restaurant in Hotel 1925. When we entered the Hotel, we knew we chose well. The hotel was rebuilt to look like an old house complete with a grand staircase to the 2F where the rooms are located. The restaurant was on the GF.We started our meal with the Foccacia. It was sliced like pizza and we had it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese. Yummy. Our meal consisted ofthree kinds of Pizza; Quattro Formaggi, D'Ursi Pizza and the Seafood Pizza. We also had three kinds of Pasta; The Salmon with cream, Arabiatta, and Olive Oil with Garlic. All of them were great. It was cooked from their wood fire oven. Chef Mateo D 'Ursi was kind enough to have a picture with us.If you plan to visit Lipa, I highly recommend this restaurant.
Classy, Authentic Italian fine dining! If you want true Italian Pizza this is the place to be.But you need a reservation during holidays and special occasions because the place has a limited capacity.Parking is not a problem.
They won't accomodate you properly if you don't have reservation. Not much I can say because I immediately left.
