They don't answer the phone, at all. Terrible service. Ordering from home from them is useless. If the order arrives, it arrives 1-2 hours late

Well they do have an alternative to meat here and it is OK. Otherwise, if you desire fast food you can't go wrong here and the prices are low.

Been twice now and served cold food. First time it was corrected. Second time I was asked if I would like it microwaved by google translate on a mobile phone. I asked for fresh cooked. The guy took it out back. Ten minutes later he gave us new chips, but biting into burger it was obvious it had been microwaved. All soggy and mushy. Doritos do not taste like that. No apology offered at any time. Very poor. Won't be going back there.
