Casa Steak Seafood And Smokehouse

This place is a joke. Ordered a take out meal. They wait 40 minutes until our food is supposed to be picked up than tell us they can't finish making the meal and we'll have to choose other items. Done ordering here. This is the 5th time!!!!!!!!!

Went for dinner and ordered the Caesar Salad with blackened salmon . It was a piece of salmon slapped on top of some lettuce. That's not a salad. Husband had a burger and fries. Fries were cold. Big disappointment.

We have eaten here at least 5 times now and have not been disappointed. The food is very good and the service is always good as well.

I'm not the one to complain but this is probably the worst service around. When you walk in the door don't expect to be greeted by Hostess instead you'll wait for 30 minutes minimum to just be seated and then another 30 minutes just to take you order no matter how busy they are on top of that they never get your order right they would rather argue with you and say it's your fault that the orders not right instead of just fixing it whatever happened to the customer is always right but hey atleast my dogs like it!

I love this place. It a very special place for my boyfriend and I. The food is wonderful and the waitresses are fabulous.
