Other times I've had that same sandwich, it was perfect. It appears Thousand Island Dressing (TID) or something was added to the sauerkraut before grilling that sandwich which made it very soggy. (The sauerkraut needs to be well drained). Especially for a GF sandwich, you should serve a tiny cup with the (TID) dressing on the side, with the sandwich. Also, your restaurant is very noisy especially when there are a lot of people dining. You need some sound barriers hanging from the ceiling. However, I do love your food.
The food and service here is absolutely spectacular and worth the visit, however, I must regret taking off a star. I understand that waitstaff is expensive and that the economy is awful. However, the cook 's tip needs to go away and the food needs to be priced appropriately. I ordered a lunch and dessert for my guest and myself, expecting a certain price and keeping within my budget to tip the waitstaff my usual 20-25%. I had to slash my server 's tip in half, to be able to tip 15% to the cook as well, which made me feel like I was short changing them. My guest was actually disgusted on my behalf, because she thought it was tacky and a way for management to get away with getting tips (which may or may not accurate, but was still a bad look. I prefer my prices upfront. Since a TIP is supposed to be to insure prompt service , it feels like as a customer, I am being cheated. I have zero problem paying $25 for a salad, if that 's what 's being advertised because I want people to get paid a fair wage and quality food. Hidden fees, not so much. Please either reduce your portion sizes, or raise you menu prices if expenses are getting high, but unless you want to risk tip fatigue and ill will, DISCONTINUE THIS PRACTICE. I thought that this restaurant was above these kind of shady deals.
My fiancé and I both agree that this has become our favorite place to dine out. I have never been a big beer fan, but have been trying more lately, and EVERY drink I have gotten here I soon become obsessed with and can't wait to be back for more. The same goes for their food, particularly the garlic cheesy burger and the southwest chicken wrap!! Service: Dine in
